The find of the day

Someone just posted that they found bottles while MDing. Well, I was bottle digging and I found this:



Appears to be a .22 revolver. Too heavy to be a toy. Will add to this later.

That's a cool find no doubt. I'll be looking forward to seeing what it looks like after being cleaned up. I guess you just never know what and where you will find items. I've got part of an old pistol that I found while looking for arrowheads. I came out of the field, walking back to my truck and it was pressed into a dirt road.

It's funny, I wasn't even looking at the time. I was clearing away dirt I'd already dug when it rolled down the embankment on top of the pile. I was like, "Whoa, really?!" and picked it up. A gun was definitely on my To Find list... check! lol
