All Michiganders know that Jennifer Granholm, the girl Gov., has totally ruined our state by driving out business & industry, has decimated tourism with tax and fee increases on everything while adding to the state payroll & increasing salaries and benefits for state employees while we have one of the highest uneployment rates in the country. Now I read that she's going to be "advising" the messiah, the lord Barry, on the ECONOMY!!

This must be a sick joke.

Don't forget she courted Honda and Toyota but wouldn't give them tax breaks to build their plants here in Michigan. So... They took their businesses down south. Now she's "up in arms" the the big 3 are collapsing.

You mean Rev. Wright and Bill Ayres? Oh, nothing to see there - no big deal, just a couple guys from when he was 8 years old from the neighborhood. . . Nothing to be concerned about . . .

It is my firm belief that if Jenny becomes Secretary of Energy, which is very likely, she will do good things for Lansing and Washington! When she leaves Lansing she will raise the IQ of our capitol, and when she gets to Washington DC she will raise the IQ there too. LOL.

I have met her twice now, as an elected city official. Both times I felt a need to check my back pocket to make sure I still had my wallet.

She has screwed up more deals to bring jobs to our state than you can count, and taken credit for jobs others have worked to get here.

Won't miss here much.

It's very simple

The people who work and pay all the bills have little say or impact on the vote......

The people with less money, and unfortunate circumstances vote for whoever they think is going to hand out.

Unfortunately for the middle class taxpayer there more people wanting than there are people paying the bills, this is how they get voted in time and time again.

You should have to buy your right to vote by busting your ass like everyone else.

why do you think certain groups want to support the illegals becuase the minute they sucker this stuff through the system they will be in control of it forever as the number of hand out voters will super exceed what it allready does now.

The only way you should be able to even register to vote is to file a federal tax return.....

Imagine that ....he who pays the money gets to decide what to do with it, it'l never happen

You're right Dan, it probably won't happen.
We could make quite a bit of progress just by requiring a minimum IQ to vote!

Really sad what things come to sometimes. The State of Michigan is putting so many small businesses out of business, while we all will foot the bill for a bailout of the auto industry. In the long run small businesses will be what saves the economy, they are more efficient, use their own money, and are much more agile.

The Gov doesn't see it, and my guess is our new Pres won't either.

We will have to work harder yet, to pay everyone else's bills.
