Greetings all!

I re-found this badge the other day and thought perhaps someone could identify it. Vermont I know but militia, civilian fire service or other? Very thin, very light but brass that shows the signs of once being gilded.

Thanks and best wishes!

Did you dig that? Very cool

I found one just like it on the Internet - the site says it is a WWI era (1914-1918) Vermont National Guard collar pin. Below is a pick from the one I found online (ebay - for sale $45.00).

Nice find.Congrats

I bought a big box of political; buttons years ago and had to move the box yesterday to facilitate a remodel job on the house. I'm rediscovering all kinds of things! LOL Thanks Tom, I was suspecting early 20th century by the design of the clasp.

Thanks ALL!

Nice find, congratulations! :icon_thumleft:

Hi, Very interesting relic TP

Sorry, but I forgot to mention in my previous reply that you found a wonderful relic! I would love to find something from the WWI era!

That’s a nice find and in good shape. Congrats
