....some of the guys on one of the forms here said to post this in fossils to see what you "Professors" have to say.....I think it's made of some kind of clay/rock? So, have at it everyone.....

Defenently not a natural mineral deposit. I'm very hesitant to say this but, ankylosaur armor?

Do you see any evidence of human modification? . . . Pinch marks? . . . Fingerprints? . . . Fingernail marks? . . . Smoothing? If not, consider the possibility that these are fodichnia.

That is, these may be trace fossils of shallow feeding excavations by some invertebrate.

...."Ankylosauras" ( what we called it when kids)...I loved that cute dino! Wish it was, but think it's man made really ..... Harry, to me it looks like those "spikes" were pinched into existence and think I can see some smoothing also. But that's interesting what you said about "feeding excavations"....you always seem to come up with amazing facts! Thank you both
