I’m hoping to identify something about The Helping Hand, by Emile Renouf .
Not the print itself but the other dark looking piece in pictures. It is not a sepia print.
In the pictures, there is one of a brownish colored picture on a thin board and was bought at an antique shop a long time go. I was told what it is, but forgot.
It has something to do with a process prior to actual printing. It is in a protective wrap and I did not take it off.
The other picture (faded) is an old print on board of the same subject.
