I like picking up pottery and looking at the designs. I always wonder what the woman was like who made it. I especially like the fingernail designs. It doesn't get much more personal than that. Great pieces, itrout!

Thanks for showing Trout! Very seldom do I leave much pottery behind. It deserves collection too - especially rim pieces or those with markings. Hell, any piece is usually good with me. I just need to put some better pieces in a frame to keep them from breaking into smaller ones!
