Doubt it, just oil stored in water🤘
 

Strange, unless it had been pasteurized. We consume real, raw butter and even after being frozen it gets an off flavor.
 

I don't know :dontknow: I always Bought Tubs of Margarine.
that is, Till they Removed the trans-fats, then I stopped using it all together. they destroyed the whole taste by taking trans-fats out.
I never liked the taste of real butter
