On Tuesday December 4th 2012, 503 congressmembers/governors/senators were arrested in DC- in what was called a "Catch & Release" event. They were arrested, brought before a supreme court judge, and they were given a document to sign which basically states that they will, from that day forward, work under constitutional law and uphold the true organic Constitution or they will spend the rest of their lives wearing orange PJs and peeling potatoes. Those were the marginal ones.
The real bad ones- apparently 77- of them were shipped off to The Hague to be tried for serious crimes. I haven't been able to find out if those 77 ever came back or if they have been tried yet or sentenced. (and believe me, I've tried to get that information).

As of 11:01 AM Denver Time there are over twenty million (20,300,000) Google searches for "The One People’s Public Trust". And the money that will be shared, equally, with every living person on earth. Starting with cleaning up the fake taxes owed to the EU. Not only will the countries in dire economic straits get relieved of their false debts, they will have all the real money they need to build or rebuild their nations.

The result will be huge investments in infrastructure, and jobs to go with them. Along with governing bodies that the people elect. That is the objective. Individual Freedom. The strategy for managing such a great change will be beyond my understanding but Banking is an obvious first priority.

That is why a new currency(s) are needed. Fully backed by precious metals. The GOLD this lawsuit is about. Existing paper fiat currencies will no longer be available. As well as paper profits made by illegal transactions through stock markets. And banks. The banks are all Bankrupt. We, the People are calling in our loans. For all their money, gold, silver, etc. All their assets. Just like all the people and businesses and Countries they have bankrupted.

Why has it taken so long to do this? Actually the efforts of many people, for decades have compiled the actual evidence required for the legal actions. Contracts, written agreements how to collude to screw the general public, witness statements, insiders and the internet really connected all the dots.

Using the same UCC regulations they created, the only way out for them is impossible. They would have to prove that all the evidence was false and that they didn't actually do these crimes. It is an open and shut case. That is why all the people owing us the money are frantically looking for a way out. They have tried and failed WW3, help from their evil allies (the other worldly dark forces generically known as the Devil), mass destruction through the chemical weapons stored inn Syria, wholesale murders, man made disasters, which they no longer have the resources to continue.

What's left? Terrorism. Slaughter of innocents including children. Murders of any persons they see as a threat. The latest "suicide" of an internet pioneer just yesterday. A young genius murdered by the cabal. Probably more to come depending on Washington's ability to follow through with their threats.

Those threats were planned to be reality. But too many good people that would have been involved saw the truth. The expected mass riots and civil uprisings have not happened. The FEMA camps will not be prison camps. Other countries will not help round up the usual suspects. But Washington still has hard believers trying to make it happen.

One of the obstacles to storing and delivering the TOPPF is who will be in charge. Who will sign the checks and approve where and when funds are moved. Pretty much everyone wants that powerful position. Until there is agreement on that issue, the funds can't be delivered.

Regarding bankers in general, every working person has a boss. And we do what our job requires to feed our families. Some higher level bosses also get their marching orders from their superiors. Maybe not even realizing why. Like the LIBOR scam. Only a select few Bankers knew what was going on. So just because a banker is successful doesn't mean he's a crook. It's just the way the banking systems were set up.

I thought the world was ending on 12/21? I work in the investment banking industry and its all biz as usual. Matter of fact the stock market has been doing quite well with banking stocks leading the rally.

I haven't read all of the post so forgive me now if i state something wrong.

Banking elitists rothcilds etc etc didnt loose out in anything they strengthened themselves through this i feel. Think about it the Rotchilds started banking and have been the forefront hundreds of years on coming up with laws and rules to govern the banking community world wide (to suit their needs no less) which has me thinking they would NEVER do anything to place themselves out of control of what they have ruled from the start. Like 0121stockpicker said they are not in the lime light as much now but look at how many people involved in the Billderberg group that have ties to this family let along in the banking world.

Great post all the same it is always interesting when it comes to the worlds money leaders and how they have and will shape our country and world. These banking elitists have supported both sides of each presidential campaign for years as well as funding opposing sides in world wars too. They are not going anywhere only getting stronger its obvious they can not loose now when some of our biggest banks were in jeopardy only to be bailed out instead of facing what they should have faced. The only reason the government bailed them out is what all it would have exposed if they did go under also i might add we would have faced a bigger economic shake down which may have been just a patch for a sinking we may be headed for.

We may never know the extent of what exactly our government has done when they did these so called bailouts or what other countries have done but eventually it will come back to bite for sure. Several of these men you spoke about resigning were the men that took big bonuses and only left the banks they were working at only to move on to other banking industry. When it comes to bankers my friend they have and always will be a problem especially when they get big and have controlling interests world wide. Bman3725 thanks for your thumb's up. For some background on the banker resignations, before several lawsuits were filed against the banks, they got first notice of the legal actions to come. And many bailed out as soon as they could to distance themselves from legal troubles. However all the bankers were known. And all the major co-conspirators.
