if you have a scanner they take awesome pictures.

Take your pix outside in the sunlight. My old cheapie camera will mess with the colors too. If I use the flash, its too bright. Sometimes I put my finger over the flash to tone it down but that effect the color. I have the best results in the sunlight. Just my $.02
