the finds were sparse on Sunday.
Decided to give it a try where the water was low. Every swing was a signal and each one of the 3 of us detecting there were digging holes to China. I think I was the the only one who found a coin on one of the sandbars and it happened to be a stupid Zincoln that was totally encrusted with gravel.
After a bit, Tabfinder came over and asked me what the target in his hand rang up as on my machine. It definitely rang in the quarter range and he soon showed me what it was. Darn Hot Rocks were the pecky signals that had us digging the deep holes. No wonder we were having a rough time there.
Hope someone else had a better hunt than this
