Went back to my turn of the 1900's picnic site this afternoon and wow it is not letting up! More Hutchison type bottle tops and stoppers, two gold plated rings one says 14K. Some old lead, four silver plated items I have no idea what they were used for. 8 Ih's, 4 V nickels and 3 barber dimes 1895, 1897 and 1901. Also some pin of some type with a turquoise stone. It is possible gold, I have it sitting in lemon juice at the moment. I does have some weight. Here are my pics and thanks for viewing! Great site, nice hunting !!

Keep @ it and HH !! :hello2:

Wow!! awesome site and even better finds! and judging by the number and the selection of coins, relics and such, there is SURELY more there to be found! Actually looks like what you would find at a good, virgin site. Thanks for sharing, love the pics, and especially dig the "silver in the hole" pics! Great stuff, thanks very much for sharing...ddf

Yes it most undoubtedly is an untouched area. That's almost 50 Indians, 20 V nickels and 10 barber dimes. Also one killer 1890 Morgan. Plus all the relics. This was found today but forgot it in the photos. Neat Hotel tag spelling Sheboygan Mich. wrong. 012.webp I will do a recap on this site in a few months once all coins and relics are clean.

Excellent digs!! Your pic with the 4 cents and bullets has a joint for a folding ruler, I found one up in Maryland over the summer, took me a while to figure out what it was.

Wow you are killing at that site. Way to go!!

Dave thanks for the second opinion. I was thinking it was the same thing but not for sure.

Just wanted to post a quick shot of all the small finds. Just to reassure everyone I am not posting the same coins and relics over and over. Of course all found from this site in the last month and a half as posted. 016.webp 015.webp
