well guys I returned the Deus II because I really didn't like it and replaced it with the Minelab Equinox 800.
It is a solid machine and I can't wait to get out and find some real treasure! Watching a handful of Youtube videos - it shouldn't be hard to pickup where I left off with the Explorer II. :) HH!

You have to find the detector that is right for you and your hunting conditions. For instance, the 800 was not right for me after using it for 3 years. Found more with my AT Pro at the same sites. Sold the 800 and bought a CTX3030 8 months ago. Very happy with my CTX. This does not mean the 800 was not a good machine. It just was not working for me.
