i cant think of what this might be off of ? its mostly brass except for the plate with holes thats riveted to the one side ? and in the hole on the end of the threaded part there looks to be a slotted screw to adjust pressure ?i added a clearer picture of the other side. one of the loops broke off. so i dont know if springs or small rods attached to them. but the plate is fixed it does'nt move.
