Someone once said you find a ring for every 100 pull tabs. Well I was way in the hole on that on. Until today. I think this is a good one, or I hope so.
Maybe someone can help me out on this. It says 14k on the inside but also 1TW P.
And 12 stones that glitter. Merry Christmas to me. Or should I say my wife.

WOW....That is a winner!!
As long as the 14k isnt followed by a GF or a HGE its a good un!
The other may refer to the stones....TW usually stands for total weight!!....1ct??

No GF or that stuff. The top has four princess cut stones that makes it look like one in the photo. Then there are four on each side. I gave up on this beach and was still swinging when I got a hit right at the walk, I thought I was going to dig another pull tab. You just never know.

That is a beautiful ring. Since the center is 4 stones set together, I think it is very likely you have real diamonds on your hands. Noone in their right mind would spend that much time setting 4 faxe stones when 1 would do cheaper.

I once had a bad day with tons of junk. Torwards the end, I hit a nickle/pulltab tone, and felt like leaving it there. When I saw a ring in the scoop I nearly wet myself. I have learned that int he water, never pass up a good tone, even if it is a pulltab sound. You just never know.

I was looking on the web and found one like it at Zales. Their site shows it as a bridal set. I think I need to go back to that area and see if I can find the band. I am going to take it to the jeweler today to see what they say.

That is a super find, The Mrs. should be happy. You got it right, keep hunting all the way back to the car. I have spent an entire day on the beach with little luck only to find a gold chain in the parking lot.

Well I paid for a verbal appraisal. Never heard of such a thing. Needless to say I was pretty ticked off at the jeweler. I will post that part in the rants section. They more or less told me everything I already knew, 1 carat total weight. 14k white gold, Very good color.
They said new it would run around $1,200. (maybe)

Yeah just go out and try to buy one like it for $1200 lol I think they low balled it for you. That is one really nice find though. Like I said mine came off ebay and I had the intention of getting it cheap and reselling it, that was until it came in and looked so pretty on my hand then it was mine all mine.

At any rate I bet your wife is mighty happy with you right now.

Heck Dale, I coulda gave you a verbal appraisal (free). I never heard of such a thing....

I went to the same jeweler as did Dale to have my ring appraised. It ended up that they knocked out one of the baguette stones and wanted me to pay them to put it back in :icon_scratch:
