✅ SOLVED Thinking pot metal piece of junk but want to make sure..

5 " or so dig, thinking a piece of modern junk maybe something to do with a hose end or who knows what. Just thought maybe someone could recognize this crazy little piece it was dug at a very old farmhouse a stone's throw from Cedar Creek BF.
