Its a lot cooler under those houses than beside them right now...lol

If he's giving you permission, I'd be under it right away before it sells. Like Lairmo said, it's gonna stay pretty cool under buildings year round. Of course, the odds of fiinding something earthshaking isn't going to be as good as if it was a 1790 building.
