THIS COULD BE THE SWAN'S STERN LIGHT

I found this stern light in Port Desire and think it is from drakes ship "the swan" , i could use some help identifying it. It was put in amoungst some bolders that where built up to creat a ways for crening a boat. the braclet was also with it.
my goverment does not care about it and has allowed logging to start behind the site.

could relay use help on this . the light looks like pewter , its soft. it still has the pitch and beeswax in it. the pictures below are the top and the bottom.
