looking like this years fall beach trip will be north of NYC

not at all certain of the spot yet, however I would like to find an old working saltwater machine like a beachhunter
so's I can actually use it in the water and find like 35 lbs of gold jewelry.

if you see something I can use for sale please alert me.
also, if you have info on the laws in NY CT or MA areas, please inform me

PS if you actually want to meet me or hunt with me please submit sealed bids in a pm

Lots of laws to ruin your parade up there. I'd say 1/3 of the area is already off limits. Try the Spanish Main in Jersey, Delaware and Maryland instead. More Spanish gold down here. Known shipwreck locations and lots of tourists and it's a year round open season for detecting at the beaches. Hotels are cheaper too.

No detecting on Massachusetts state owned beaches. There is someone's earlier post to confirm.

Pull up NYC Parks and Recreation, go to permits, hit Metal Detector. Download permit application, fill it out and return it with a copy of you driver's license. There are approximately 200 parks and 15 beaches you can hunt for free. There are parking fees and restrictions so look it up before you go. Have fun ,,
