What HE said. I'd guess late Victorian. VERY nice!

Thanx 4 the responses , i havent found anything similar online , my guess would be with the coat buttons , as compared to the sleeve links , any photos i seen online seem to indicate sleve links ar flat , which would make a whole lot of sense . But i can see these as being part of a coat , the only confussion i have is unlike the photo taken under a regular lamp which gives it the ilussion of being yellower than it is , it does appear to be silver , unlike brass which would be used in coat buttons . ill keep searching online , thank you once again , and may you all have a happy holiday and a very prosperous metal detecting New Year :icon_pirat:

I believe that style of workmanship is called filigree.

If buckleboy says they are sleeve links, then that is what they are!

He will probably post proof as soon as he finds it.

Yeppers, they are Victorian era sleeve links or in more modern terms, cuff links. It's hard to tell from the photos, but since you said they were more silver looking than gold, the stones could be Marcasites.
Nice find & spot on ID BB, :icon_thumright: Breezie
