In my experience in business, you do not measure your success by your accomplishments because the higher ups do not recognize your accomplishments, unless those accomplishments result in more MONEY in their pockets. I worked for a big box retailer for a while and was actually patted on the back and congratulated by a district manager for being $100 up in sales over the same day the previous year. And I have had to endure an *ss chewing for sales being 5 and 10 dollars under sales from the same day previous years. I can guarantee this retailer will never contract your services, but keep up the good work. Nice hat, too.
