One of my best finds yet, the ear rings or cuff links was found clinch together in about 8 inches of sand, i could not believe my eyes made of the face of the mercury dime, copper,

Those are way cool. Not many have the patience or skill with small handtools nowadays for that sort of work. My uncle used to make rings from silver coins with a small hammer and files.

AWESOME find, I have always loved the Merc Dime design. There is just something about the winged Liberty Lady.
