This morning was GOOOOOOOOD!

Ah yes, I enjoyed most of this morning... (more on that later). I got there very early in fact way before daylight. I was having a good time. Not finding a whole lot but I did find a ring. A cheap squeeze ring. Oh well a ring is a ring. I found some clad again not a lot but some. I found a pretty belly ring with a blue stone. Then I found a "something" I wasn't sure what it was but it looked like "something" so I kept it. Even after I cleaned it up I can't tell what it is. I said to my self if I can find a gold ring I'm gonna stay right here in this spot for the rest of the morning and BAM! I got a hit. Pulled up my scoop and there it was... GOLD! I thought it was a gold band at first and then I saw the sparkles..... it has 5 diamonds! 1 large and 4 small ones! It is 10k. ALL RIGHT!!!!! So I stayed in that spot for the rest of my time there but didn't find anything else other than a few more coins. I don't care. I'm happy! My first ice in a long time!

OK I've kept you waiting long enough. Here is my 10k w/ice.

I was happy and on a roll and what should appear but a whole bunch and I mean A WHOLE BUNCH of teenagers (20 at least) and of course they wanted to be right where I was hunting! There went my enjoyable morning! So I decided to go ahead and leave. After all - I will go back again and maybe they will lose a little more for me to find! WHAT A MORNING! I love this hobby!

your " thing" is a deformed 22 bullet or airgun pellet depending upon it size --hard to judge without seeing it in person ---way to go on the gold and ice. atta girl

Really nice ring Mumszie! I too remember some of your older posts saying you never find any rings, etc. Now it seems you are finding lots of great stuff, including this awesome diamond ring!!!!!!
