Went out on Tuesday for a little bit. This might be my last hit on on this cellar,it's getting overgrown. Maybe one more time. I did drop a coin somewhere so that's disappointing,I'll have to go back just to look😁I got 4 buttons ,a 1857 flying eagle coin and a 1944 mercury dime. I couldn't even seen the profile of the eagle until I used my Andres pencils on it. The dandy button looked plain until I used the scraping tool on it and it has a C on it. Significant?? 2 of the other buttons have some neat designs on them. They both were plain before cleaning. It's pretty neat when you start cleaning and things just appear.

I guess I'm odd man out, but I sure love those buttons. Though if an eagle chose to fly my way, I'd be over the moon. It looks like there is a crescent on one of the buttons. Is that what you see, creade, on the third photo?

The eagle was a bonus!! I honestly thought it was a fatty Indian. I love finding the decorative buttons. I would rather find those then a coin, unless the coin is a hard to find one. . I see that crescent on the button. Hopefully there's a little more I've missed. Thanks ‼️
