Thought it was a junk ring, but now I'm not too sure! Inscription on the outside!

Found this junk ring tonight, but now I'm not too sure if I should call it that. Rings up as 77 to 80, but it's not silver. Maybe a silver plated pewter ring? It has an inscription on the outside, but I can't read it. It appears to be old English style script, but not positive. I managed to take a photo of part of the inscription, but it's pretty pitted and my camera is garbage. Let me know what you think the inscription reads. Could be a colonial relic or just some recent junk.

P.S. Just noticed that it has an inscription on the inside as well. Not sure if it's the same one as the outside inscription, though.

Man, you'd think the Lord of the Rings ring would be of better quality! LOL! Thanks, for the quick ID, nhbenz.

You are the ring bearer you must take this ring to Mount doom in Moridor and throw it into the fire. I agree you would think it would be made better still a cool find never knew there was any made

HA! I was about to post that it look like the ring from Lord of the Rings! Then I read the thread. Too funny.. It is kind of strange though. The ring looks older that the movies would be. I would think there would be pitting this soon.

The Ring's primary power was control of the other Rings of Power and domination of the wills of their users.[7] The Ring also conferred power to dominate the wills of other beings whether they were wearing Rings or not—but only in proportion to the user's native capacity. In the same way, it amplified any inherent power its owner possessed

Got this tidbit from Wikipedia. So with this ring, I can dominate the wills of other beings? Sweet! Does anyone know where Kate Upton lives?
