Three Ringers and other things .. What are the other things?

I found these things in Murfreesboro, TN today. Any ideas what these things are except the three ringer and buckle. Thanks y'all.

Round item in your hand looks like part of a Tompion. It was/is a plug for the end of the barrel to keep dirt and water out. I do not know if that is what it is but that is what it looks like to me, if it is one it's not complete...d2
