Thrift store box (project)

Not too special, but I couldn’t resist for $1.00. 14-1/2” x 11” x 3” closed.
Cold weather project:
1) remove liners
2) sand
3) stain
4) new velvet liners
5) trace each (4) grandkid’s hand on the lid and let them paint their handprint.
6) Christmas present for grandma.

Note: everyone can use a storage box!

Useful find! I gave one to my Great grand for his toy cowboys. They also make nice pistol boxes!

I like that I would have used as a ring box or just display for finds box after replacing all the inner with foam. There are a lot of different uses for something like that, It is just what your imagination can come up with as a good use for it.
