am getting back into the swing of things and picked up a bulk bag of jewelry today. Wasn't too bad for a $17 bag

32 grams of 1/20 12k gold filled. A couple of small sterling charms. 3 14k gold earrings. (8 grams)

And then 2 kinda mystery pieces.

1st is this glass heart. 14k (750). And looks like it is marked 566 Roma. Not sure if it is a designer type of piece or just pop the gold off for scrap

Second is this little charm. I am out of acid to test it. But thinking sterling. (Would love it to be platinum lol)

2 seperate hallmarks on the back. Any ideas ?

The pendant looks like it is amber or faux amber. 750 is 18k and the hallmarks are Italian. Please don't just pop the gold off and scrap it unless you are desperate for money. Definitely worth more as it is. The charm looks silver but I don't recognize the hallmarks. Does the clover leaf hallmark have letters or symbols inside it? It looks like it and If so it might help identify the silver content or maker. Definitely not platinum. Good finds... Did you see the gold before you bought the bag or just took a chance?

Don't think it's Amber. The picture brought out some. Crazy fire that really doesn't show up to he naked eye. Believe it's glass

I never even look at what's inside the bag before buying. Just automatically buy it if they have one. Let's just say I am way way way ahead at buying bags from this place lol

I would bet it's not glass. Definitely 18 K gold. I don't think a designer would use glass for 18 K. It looks like Amber but I bet there some kind of gemstone that it might be also. There's a Fire opal. I bet it's worth some good money. I'll give you more then spot if you want to scrap it. Just don't break it! [emoji41]

I was thinking a fire opal also.

Thanks guys. I will try to get a pic of it in the sunlight to really show its fire off

Hey beach. What would something like this sell for? Kinda hard to sort through all the fake stuff on eBay

The stone in the pendant looks like fire agate to me.

Amber.

Which is moderately "hot" right now.
Would do well online.

Minimum of $100. How big is it? There's some online for $8000. I don't know why.

the charm is a variation of the claddagh design, made in Ireland (clover stamp) probably, and probably silver, tho I don't recognize the other stamps, but you can google for them, now that you know it's Irish.

I honestly want to say its fire opal, and definately gold, I'd say. Beautiful piece nevertheless.....
