This belonged to LTC that was in WWII, Occupied Japan, and Korea. He was is charge of Pier 4 Inchon. Army Quarter Master Corps. Loosely translated it reads, Don't let the b####s get you down. 100B across the center. I have have had no luck finding this item online. I hope to Id it. Thanks.
