The L & L WMC stands for Loevsky & Loevsky White metal Casings. From what I understand they made reproductions of much earlier styles of lamps and other things. I believe the lamps are from the late 60's possibly made after 1967. ​

I agree with iambatman85. LLWMC, located in Carlstadt, N.J, was in business from about 1937 till it closed in 1978.
