look what you can do with Alka Seltzer. Clean a toilet. Drop in two Alka-Seltzer tablets, wait twenty minutes, brush and flush. The citric acid and effervescent action clean vitreous china. Clean a vase. To remove a stain from the bottom of a glass vase or cruet, fill with water and drop in two Alka-Seltzer tablets. Polish jewelry. Drop two Alka-Seltzer tablets into a glass of water and immerse the jewelry for two minutes. Clean a thermos bottle. Fill the bottle with water, drop in four Alka-Seltzer tablets, and let soak for an hour (or longer, if necessary). Unclog a drain. Clear the sink drain by dropping three Alka-Seltzer tablets down the drain followed by a cup of Heinz White Vinegar. Wait a few minutes, then run the hot water

An inch of lather really does keep mirrors from fogging! Lol

im going to tell a very embarrassing story about myself. Apparently when I was 5 back when the commercial for Alka-Seltzer plop plop fizz fizz was running I was shopping with my parents and had to go to the bathroom and they told me to hold it and hold it and hold it. We finally made it home and I ran to the bathroom and hopped on our puke green toilet and let go with #2 while singing plop plop fizz fizz oh what a relief it is. My parents said they heard me and hit the floor laughing and in fact my dad wrote the story in to readers digest, I don't remember which issue but somewhere back in the early 70s. Ok a little off topic but AS made for a funny story.

I use toilet bowl cleaner to clean the inside of bottles...then I take a long skewer stick and magic eraser (I break them into different size pieces) and take the stick and rub the inside with the magic eraser..
