The problem with most State lotteries is that THEY maintain the right to take pictures and print a story behind your winnings. Now everybody knows,, especially in a small town.
 
How could it have been anybody but the wife? She has the most motive.
 
It's like finding a chest of gold coins. Just give it to the IRS and don't tell anyone, although I personally know of no one who ever was so lucky. to find one. Hope the story isn't true. But looks like it is.
