Actually, the manual only says that it can be used on a test bed only if the coins have been buried for 10 years or more.

It fails to state that it will actually find any coins, or anything else, no matter how long they have been in the ground.

It's a hoax.

Thank You EE..So it tells you that it was designed to find gold coins that has been buried for ten or more years..I would think that most buried gold coins fit into that category. So .. What is nutty about that statement?

Not nutty at all from the perspective of the manufacturer, since they know the thing is bogus and they're just doing a CYA maneuver.

Art, LRL advertisements reveal what the manufacturer knows about the fraudulent nature of their product. If you would rather not know, don't read the advertisement.

As LRL's go, your RangerTell wasn't very expensive. As long as you're sufficiently satisfied with it that ads for more expensive LRL's don't tempt you, I suppose the fact you don't realize what LRL manufacturers think of their customers doesn't really matter.

You can try all you want..I refuse to put the treasures back where I found them.

As LRL's go, your RangerTell wasn't very expensive. As long as you're sufficiently satisfied with it that ads for more expensive LRL's don't tempt you, I suppose the fact you don't realize what LRL manufacturers think of their customers doesn't really matter.

Yes the Ranger Tell was not very expensive. Yes I read their ad’s and saw nothing wrong with them. I exchanged E-mails with them for a few weeks..I found a guy who owned one and looked for treasure for another week. Yes. I became an informed consumer before I made my decision....Art

The statement that you can use something to hunt for treasure, is not a statement that the device will find a treasure which is there.

The question is still there...It is simple to tell if a Treasure Hunting device is a Ponzi Scam..The treasure Hunting device will or will not find Treasure. The Treasure Hunting devices I own are not a financial investment...They are “tools” I use to peruse my “HOBBY” of treasure hunting...Yes..they were purchased just for my “enjoyment”..
So please tell us which of the 100’s of Treasure Hunting Devices are scams?...I have only used 7 of them and known that those will find gold...Art
