This is the day's estate finds hand-painted ink Picture with the signature of SS not sure what material it is on if anyone has a clue would be greatly appreciated and a bunch of mortar and pestles

I'm no expert but your painting seems to be a representation of a central Asian horse game. You can see a white ball type object in the center between the opposing teams of riders. Also I don't think that the initials are SS but written in a native script.
