Today's dig.

I went to a new dump site I researched and got some decent finds. First one is one off my bottle bucket list: An enormous Buffalo Lithia Water. This full quart master ink was sitting right under the Buffalo water(they were touching).Parisian Sage A Hair Tonic. Large cobalt blue barrel ink.Rumford Chemical works (damaged).upside down milk glass thing.(salt shaker?) Im glad I stuck with it today. It had been a while since I've dug a pit and I nearly gave up several times because the ice was killing me. It was like concrete. Thanks for looking.

Woah awesome dig. The Stamford master ink is killer.

all great stuff. not e z to come up with that quality in dumps down here in the south. although I have dug a master ink. and a blue barrel ink here.Rumfords are pretty common so they show up time to time.

Unfortunately it's not easy to come up with the great stuff up here either. For me I have digs like this about one out of twenty times. Usually it's just back breaking digging for very little reward. For me (and I'm sure, you, and every other bottle digger) it's all about that one good day you finally get something great. Most days I walk out shaking my head asking myself what the heck am I doing?
