Found these today in Lee County Georgia, the little one with the narrow stem I have no clue what it is. I've never found one like that before. Also found a pretty cool preform or blade. I couldn't handle the heat that long but at least a few came from my short hunt.

The two together, #1 appears to be a worn down blade/ scraper and #2 appears to be a blade with a little base damage.

I’m just speculating but could it be a point someone flipped around and modified the base into a punch or a graver?

I was thinking cypress creek but I'm not sure they're found in Georgia. Older, you made a good call and I think it might be possible.

I was thinking possible dual purpose tool. Small blade with perforator?
