Very interesting day, the 2 wheels have slits around the outside for a belt but not sure what they came from. That small gear is solid copper and those round copper things I have no clue, they have interesting things on the front of them. Let me know if you guys want a picture of them close up.

The wheels and possibly the bracket look like they are from an old hay trolley.

They aren't coins, they are very thin copper it looks like. But I have no clue as to what they could be haha, I wish I did.

Some different pics, I looked up that cap it's a dodge brothers radiator cap 1914-1927 I believe. And the schrader tire pressure gauge has 1891 on the back.
