TODAY'S FINDS WITH SOME GOLD =)

Hello all. Me & the wife went to an old house in Plano today that was built in the early 40's. We came out with some wheats & clad but we also found a GOLD charm dated 1950 Plano Senor High. It was bent but I got the kings out. It is very heavy & thick. It measures 27 Grams on the scale, so a rather nice find. I also found a money clip I think made from Brass, it appears that a coin went in there (never found it though). Also found some other odds & ends as well as a 1940 Dog tag, belt buckle, cool door knocker & some type of round heavy object (lead maybe). Any info on any of this is much appriciated. All this was found with my new Troy X5 Shadow at 2 inches to around 15 inches give or take. Other pics listed below. Thanks again for looking & God Bless!!!

Ya ,
Just go out and get yourself a Magnifing glass
and hold it between the object and your lens.
Focus it by moving it in or out untill focused through the camera viewfinder,
Then Just take the pic through the Glass.
It will make a HUGE differnce...
I like that Lionshead Knocker.....
Find yourself another and you'll a a nice pair :D
Cool Man. ;D
Regards,
Eddie

Very nice finds. I was amazed when I saw your lion head drawer handle. I have the exact same thing sitting on my desk right now. I got it in a box of junk from my Dad. I will inquire to see what it come off of. I believe it was a 40's camode but I will check it out.

Maybe we can put knockers together....lol ;D Anyways thanks everytone & yes I will try & get better pics but I have what I have now,,,,so it is this or nothing....better than nothing, ya know. Also can anyone tell me what the round lead looking object may be ??? & yes 40's is correct on the knocker. I am still wondering about the Gold star & the money clip anyone got any idea? ??? The star is bent but way cool as it is 60+ years old. Keep the replies coming. ;D :o
