Today I found this in the woods behind my house .. Not sure what it is, but still cool.. any ideas? I live in MA

Nothing is on the other side it is just flat from what I can tell.. Its is about the size of a quarter. I have been looking up eagles holding 3 arrows with one claw and possibly holding a branch in the other. but nothing like this has compared to google searches other than coins. I don't know what metal it is I assume its copper maybe. I do know its non magnetic
