Today's flowers with cornbread for my English classes

I cooked corn bread to show my Engish students here in the mountains of Mexico what it is like. And, decided to take a picture of it, in front of the flowers currently in bloom here. Heated in the microwave, with sunflower honey, they loved it.

Throw some chopped jalapenos in there and it is slap your granny good!

Yes, with cornbread, especially hot, many things can be added. The kids really loved it with sunflower honey. I don't think they get much honey at home.

I used to hate cornbread cause we ate it every single day with beans and potatoes for supper. I started to like it again after I got older. Goes good with iced tea too. A real trick to cook at our altitude though. I like the title to your post. One of those you got to click on to see what's up.

drizzle some honey on top before you bake it,comes out real moist.
