Today's lunch find, brass cup?

Found this small brass cup packed with dirt detecting an abandoned farm trail today. Thinking, wow man early Bronze Age prehistoric humanoid drinking vessel.

After a quick rinse...

I think it is a grease cap from an old Ford tractor?
