today's magnet fishing finds.

Hi all,

I went magnet fishing today at a local river/drain. For a change I got a few finds a couple of them interesting! Obviously all finds were iron which is something we generally ignore with our detectors but I just find it brings a new dimension to the hobby of treasure hunting

Let me chime in here, magnet fishing is a lot of fun



Generally speaking you'd want at least a 200 pound magnet (should be around 20$) which sounds like a lot but in the end is a bit too little to lift up bicycles and other heavy stuff. And if you take kids make sure to let them know these things can easily crush bones and kill you if you aren't careful.
