Today's Stuff...: Possible Military Button....

This is today's stuff...:

Two Old Spoons
Porcelain Rabbit
1920 Buffalo Nickel
B.M.I N.J. Button
Rosette

Is the button military issue? Found it 4" down near the front steps of a church I have been pounding for months. Reads "B.M.I - N.J.".

Looks like a button from an early 20th century military institute. I'm sure you can find it on the internet.

Bordentown Military Institute Cadet Button. Founded 1881, closed 1972....

Thank you...
