Token and Tag

The token reads M.B. ALL'Y 313 nothing on the back. It's an octagon shape. The tag is simple and just says 22. Any ideas are appreciated.

I doubt the octagon token is a tool tag. Every tool tag I've seen has a hole in it to put on a peg in place of the tool. The round one could be though. It also could be a motel room key fob too.
