Tomato Sauce

Today took a total of 160 tomatoes which were a combination of Roma and San Marzano variety from the garden..
Put them thru the mill and added spices.
Their on the stove now.

He does speak the truth about my hot sauce. My favorite is my Habanaro Mango sauce. Folks love it. Careful though. It is an aphrodisiac.
