Took Vaquero to a park today...found a 10 gram ring

Hello all, so I met up with member Younghunt today at a local park. Its part of a circuit of parks that have carousels in the area and they date to the 20's so I figured there might be somethin good. This was my 4th time out with the Vaquero and I'm still learnin it. The area was pretty trashy, so the 5.75 coil is def calling my name. I think I'm gettin myself a christmas gift, lol. But anyways, Younghunt found the best coin a 1920 somethin mercury dime, but amongst the trash I managed to find some clad, a 1941 wheaty and this ring. Theres some writing on the inside of it but idk if its a makers mark or initials, i cant get a close enough pic...i dont even know if its silver, but by the weight of it, it prolly is. Especially if initials are on it. Let me know what you think

Do all silver rings have a makers mark?..cuz this ring has initials on it, but i dont see .925 or anything. There is a mark next to the initials but i can't make it out
