Tool or Just a Cool Rock?

Hello. New poster here. I found this rock in a dry river bed in northeast Ohio--an area well-known for Native American settlements. It's pretty heavy--weighs maybe a half pound or so. It's consistently about an inch thick on all sides. I thought it was interesting, but I'm not sure if it's just a natural formation. Hopefully the images upload.

I don't see signs it's been worked by the hand of man. Perhaps it's only a cool rock that could be used as a tool?
 

cool rock and actually not that uncommon a find.
