I worked the top of the swash, not in the surf.

Understood... I tried to go out today but it waaaay to rough for me. It sure was a nice find you got there. I hit Service Park beach a few days ago and nothing! Skunked!

Do you live in the area?

St. Pete beach on a sailboat. We were down that way last week, and headed back to my home port to hide from the hurricane season. I was looking at a place to buy on the ICW, prices are not down far enough yet for me to afford one tho ;D

We like sharks teeth diving there just off shore, and some MD'ing. Its a nice area.

nice find..I'm sure you are smart enough to stay out of that rough surf. Last time I was down there a TS hit Mexico and it was rough so I know it must really be kicking up now. hope you find more goodies.

Great Find !!!!!!! And that just goes to show That The Excal WILL find Chains..

One day while trying to hit on a young lady at the beach, I nonchalantly ran my coil over her ankle bracelet. nothing. no signal. It was a fine chain. (thin)

I don't think the chains can be too thin.

P.S.
I had to leave after she asked me why I was "putting that thing near my foot".

daz a nice chain.
