Tooth fossil found. ID?

I found this tooth while sifting around some sand in the river here in Florida. I found a picture that looks similar. What are your thoughts?

*My fossil is one on right in my hand in picture.

I will say it is a Dire Wolf Canine tooth.

Not sure. Maybe easier to tell with a measurement (ruler, cm.) relationship picture. Many teeth look like that. Dire wolf was a large animal. Looks small in relationship to the hand.

I have a few Dolphin teeth , that are at most 1" long, but do resemble the above tooth.

Dolphin and crocodile teeth are similar.

Definitely not a crocodile or other reptile. It's a mammal canine. From what? I'm not sure as I'm not a mammalian dentition specialist. But if I had to guess, I'd say either dolphin or porpoise.
