I've been hunting mainly at night and it's a full on drought in NC (tough diggin'). Here's some stuff from tonight.

Nice finds.

How does that night digging work? Do you use a head lamp or flash light? I assume it is private property. The parks around here close at dusk.

Nice finds,

Night hunting is tough and fun at the same time.

I use a Vibra-Probe pin pointer. No lights at all. Funny though, gold and silver still glitters in the moonlight. Just pick locations that have no night time restrictions.

Hey I found the same tootsie toy last summer. Looks like a lavendar single seat batmobile!

Nice finds! I actually do most of my detecting at night as well. It's much cooler during the summertime and not as Humid. Plus, its quiet and peaceful out. I just bring a flashlight along, I found 41 cents in clad last night lol. Its fun, try it sometime!

Very cool find's Ridley...I found my Cub Scout neckerchief slide not too long ago.I think it was aged from the 60's...Neat stuff....Congrat's on the silver and HH!!

Nice finds. Good idea hunting at night I'll bet there aren't too many rug rats following you around. The parks around here close at dusk. I don't see any reason why you couldn't hunt the school playgrounds unless the cops take you for a burglar. :o 8)

Ridley,
Love that old car. Very cool. Will look good next to your other futuristic car you found. Great job Night Stalker.

Nice finds, I myself do quite a bit of night hunting. I've still to re-rig my machine with the LED mod I did just for that. A flashlight also helps where needed. Parks in NYC have pretty good night lighting.........and many close at 1am.
