Tootsietoy Car Roadster ???

Was cleaning out some of the cars I dug up the last few years. I came across this one. Its marked on the bottom Tootsie Toy Roadster. I found one similar to mine on the web. but it does not give the year. Hope someone may help me find out what year this model is. As you can see from the pic mine is not in the best condition.. But some of the research I did I guess Tootsie Toys go back to the early 1900.. Any help would be appreciated Shane..

This link states, in 1936, "the open roadster probably made its real debut"; however, most all that I find from the 1930s-1940s are either boat-tail or closed hood roadsters. If any had a rumble seat, the seat was much lower than yours.
